CANCELLATION
POLICY

Customers can cancel their booking(s) at any time 48 hours before the start of the food tour. Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours' notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.

Cancellation less than 48 hours (but more than 24 hours) before the start of the tour will be refunded as a credit that needs to be used within one year of the original booking.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the tour do not qualify for a refund or exchange. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Cruise Ship Passengers: If you are on a cruise ship which is arriving later than scheduled, for whatever reason, you will have the option of choosing a later tour (if available) or a full refund.
